During our Christmas getaway, we were pleased with the comfortable beds and the clean swimming pool. the hotel's restaurant had a good range of delicious food at reasonable prices. We particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast that included bread, butter, and jam. the location was ideal as it was in a busy part of town, close to shops and attractions. We received excellent service from the friendly and attentive staff who were always happy to help.

The check-in process took longer than expected, and our rooms were not ready upon arrival. the rooms we were given did not match what was advertised on the hotel's website.
